When do I need to engage?
Now….begin selling the T-Shirts, Long Sleeve T-Shirts, Crew Sweatshirts, and Hoodies today, September 13. We will collect all order forms at the Hour-A-Thon event on October 8, so you have a little over 3 weeks to sell these signature spirit wear items.

How does this work?

Use the attached order form to collect your orders.

Each player will need to sell 10 items to have their number and signature on all items sold. In other words, if you only sell 9 items, none of the items will have your player’s signature or number on the item.

Each player is responsible for collecting payments prior to October 8 and bringing their complete order’s payment to the Hour-A-Thon on October 8. If you don’t have payment on October 8, that portion of the order will NOT be filled and could impact whether you have signatures on all of them.

Put all order forms and payments in a Ziploc bag – make sure your name is on the order form. Give this to your head coach on October 8 at the Hour-A-Thon.

All checks will be made payable to Dayton Classics Baseball. Prepare your own personal check consolidating any cash payments you receive for your orders on October 8. Don’t bring a bunch of cash to our event on October 8 – we won’t take it and that could impact whether you have signatures on your order.
